Application Info

  • Application fee is $35.
  • A Rental Application shall be completed by all applicants that are 18 years of age or older.

  • Request to have an application mailed to you by calling 650.261.9900 and leave a clear voicemail with your full name and address.
  • Pick up an application at the leasing office located at: 1500 El Camino Real, Redwood City 94603.

To Submit an Application

  • Applications will only be accepted in person.
  • Appointments can be scheduled by contacting the leasing office at 650.261.9900. Visit our Contact page to find out current leasing office hours and location.
  • Applicants will be required to bring the following documentation along with your application:
    1. Photo ID on all adults (Note-this may be driver's license, CA ID, Passport, etc.)
    2. Social Security Cards for all household members (Birth Certificates, or Medicare Cards)
    3. Pay Stubs from Employer (Important for addresses, documenting income discrepancies)
    4. Pay Stubs from other Income (AFDC, Child/ Spousal/Child Support, Unemployment)
    5. Divorce Decree if applicable
    6. Bank Statements from all Assets (Vital for account numbers and addresses)
    7. School Records, Registration Information (Especially for adult full-time students)
  • All information provided by applicants will be subject to 3rd party verification.

Completed applications are screened through Tenant Guarantors. Approved applicant households will be placed into a lottery. Denied applicants will be notified in writing as to the reason for denial.
